No, customers do not need to download an app to use Çentik. They open their digital stamp card in their phone browser and track it through their account.
QR scans and NFC taps are two ways to add stamps to the same digital coffee card. An NFC-enabled phone opens the link on the Çentik Damperi; with QR, staff can scan the customer’s personal code. The stamp is validated against the coffee shop’s loyalty rules.
No, Çentik does not require a POS integration. Loyalty cards and rewards are managed in the Çentik dashboard independently of your till.
The coffee shop sets each reward and the number of stamps needed to earn it. You can configure reward tiers in the dashboard, such as a free coffee after eight stamps.
The Pro plan costs $19.99 per month. You can try it free for 30 days; each additional location costs $4.99 per month.
You can replace paper cards with a new digital loyalty program in Çentik. Automatic transfer of existing paper stamps is not an available feature; contact us before switching to discuss customers’ accumulated rewards.
