Çentik Terms of Service

1.The service

Çentik provides a digital loyalty card, the Çentik Stamp used at the counter, a business dashboard, campaign tools and a QR menu. The reward itself is defined and delivered by the café, not by Çentik.

2.Accounts

• Accounts are created with Google or Apple sign-in; there is no separate password.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Business accounts must be opened by someone authorised to represent the café.
• Barista accounts act on behalf of the café that created them.

3.Stamps and rewards

• A stamp is granted by the café through its own Çentik Stamp or by scanning the customer's code.
• The reward target, intermediate rewards and daily limits are set by the café.
• Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Stamps obtained through fraud or manipulation may be cancelled.
• If a café leaves Çentik, unredeemed rewards are a matter between the café and its customers.

4.Business obligations

• Publish accurate menu, price and café information.
• Honour the reward you defined for customers who reach it.
• Keep staff accounts under control and revoke them when someone leaves.
• Comply with data protection and consumer law in your relationship with your customers.

5.Plans and payment

Çentik is offered as a single Pro plan with a 30-day free trial. Pro is billed per location, in Turkish lira, VAT included, and renews until cancelled. Cancelling during the trial means no charge; cancelling later stops future renewals at the end of the paid period.

6.Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to obtain stamps or rewards you have not earned.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with the platform's security, availability or other users.
• Do not scrape or reuse platform data outside the intended features.

7.Availability

We work to keep Çentik available at all times, but maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may cause interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Çentik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@centik.app.
