Çentik is a loyalty platform built for coffee shops rather than adapted to them. One tap at the counter, one card on the customer's phone, and a clear picture of who keeps coming back.
Why we built it
Independent cafes have the hardest version of the loyalty problem: thin margins, no marketing team and a paper card that lives at the bottom of a bag. Meanwhile the chains have apps, data and reasons for customers to walk a little further.
Çentik closes that gap. The same mechanics the big chains use — a card, a reward ladder, campaigns and repeat-visit analytics — without the app, the integration project or the enterprise budget.

The Çentik Stamp is the physical point that sits on your counter. The customer holds their phone close to it, and the stamp is verified against your cafe's own point — which is what makes the program trustworthy without adding work for the barista.
Where we are going
We are building toward richer multi-location management, deeper campaign tooling and better discovery, so a customer looking for good coffee nearby finds the cafes that reward them for coming back.
